Choosing between S, M, and L—or between the Small and Medium crucifix? Tell us how you plan to carry the rosary, your preferred bead spacing, and whether discreet pocket carry or a more noticeable crucifix is more important.

Order Support

For help with an existing order, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We can assist with order status, address corrections before fulfillment, product questions, and other order-related concerns.

Shipping and Delivery

Include your order number and tracking number when asking about a shipment. Before contacting us, you may find an immediate answer in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

To request a return, include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Do not mail a product until you receive return authorization and instructions.

Repair Support

For a repair request, include your order number, a description of what happened, and clear photographs of the complete rosary and the affected area. Please tell us whether the rosary has been blessed, personalized, or modified.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs of the product;
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label when transit damage is involved.

Please keep the product and all packaging until we have reviewed the request.
