These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EverCarry Rosary website, online store, content, and related services. The store is operated by EverCarry Rosary Co., doing business as EverCarry Rosary (“EverCarry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting the website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase products from us.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the store on behalf of an organization, parish, school, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, natural material variation, hand assembly, and production tolerances may cause minor differences in color, texture, dimensions, bead spacing, finish, or appearance.
Measurements and weights are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Product availability, packaging, included materials, and specifications may change when reasonably necessary, provided that the product remains materially consistent with its description.
3. Religious and Devotional Products
Our products are devotional objects and gifts. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, rosaries are shipped unblessed. You may ask a Catholic priest to bless a rosary after receiving it.
We do not promise or guarantee any spiritual, medical, emotional, or other outcome from owning or using a product. Educational content on our website is provided for general information and devotional support and is not a substitute for guidance from your parish, priest, catechist, or other qualified religious authority.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we begin fulfillment or otherwise confirm acceptance.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees are displayed at checkout when available.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Payment services are provided by Shopify, payment processors, banks, or other third parties under their applicable terms.
6. Discounts and Promotions
Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, and limits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied to past purchases.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Delivery dates may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs, address errors, holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy. Products that have been personalized, materially altered, worn, blessed, or repaired by a third party may have limited return eligibility, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Repair Support
Repair availability depends on the product’s condition, construction, replacement-part availability, and the nature of the damage. Repair support is not an unconditional lifetime warranty. 10. Intellectual Property
The website and its content—including brand names, logos, product names, original photographs, illustrations, page designs, written content, videos, and graphics—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, republish, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
11. Reviews, Photographs, and Other Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display submitted content in connection with our store, products, advertising, and business operations. We may moderate or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate.

- Violating law, regulation, or another person’s rights;
- Submitting false, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or harmful content;

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, review platforms, analytics tools, and social-media services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any express product commitment stated on a product page or in our published policies applies according to its terms.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverCarry and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EverCarry and its affiliates from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit.
17. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HK
18. Severability and Waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
